The Chief Executive of Rojenny Tourist and Games Village Oba, Idemili North L.G.A of Anambra – State and the Ogirisi Ndigbo, Chief Rommy Ezeonwuka has described the Innoson brand as the pride of Nigeria.
Speaking in his palatial home in Oba penultimate Tuesday on his return from Kaduna where he was among the friends of Chief Innocent Chukwuma (Innoson) who accompanied him to the Nigerian Defence Academy where he was bestowed with the Award of a honourary Doctorate Degree in Management Science, Chief Ezeonwuka described Chief Chukwuma as an epitome of hardwork, ingenuity and honesty. In his words: “Innocent Chukwuma is a promising young man who I saw has a good destiny. He is a very blessed child of God who ingenuity is immeasurable. When he served me before the take off of his business, I discovered that he is a very honest youngman and I gave him a blessing that he is going to be richer than all his mates and that is exactly what is happening now”.
On his comment about the new feather that has been added to his cap, Ogirisi stated: “That one proves who Innoson is. The Academy that gave the honour does not give such honour because you have money or because you are famous. Their honour is based on Security Reports and the person’s candid contribution to national growth and development. For them to have discovered Innoson and given him this honour shows that Innson has brought Nigeria to the limelight to rank among countries like the U.S. U.K. Germany, France, Japan etc Innoson has come up with a product that the entire country can build on indeed, the Innoson brand is Nigeria’s pride.
When you talk of Ford you remember America, when you talk of Range Rover, you remember Britain, when you talk of Mercedes or BMW you remember Germany, when you talk of Toyota you remember Japan, when you talk of Peugeot you remember France and when you talk of Innoson you remember Nigeria. So, it is honour well deserved”.
Digressing to the state of the nation, he hailed the recent invasion by the DSS on some Judges home saying that they are trying to find out the kind of dangerous corruption in the judiciary and why the judiciary has turned things upside down. He further stated that: “Going for election in order to get into public office is no longer the best option, because you can go for an election and win only for the judiciary to upturn your victory. There are many people who are found wanting, but cannot be incarcerated because the judiciary is aiding and abetting them. The country has suffered so much under the torture of corrupt politicians and electoral manipulators all because some of the Judges refused to do what are right”.
